Pincus mentioned we still have room for Jeff Aryes (Kawhi connection). Definitely something to watch

Hmm... excellent defensively on post-ups and pick and roll handler, who would’ve thought?

I've wanted Beasley for a few years now for some reason, but after seeing all the forwards/wings we have this year he didn't even cross my mind. Don't see where all these guys will get playing time, but a decent pick up.

So sirron has been right all along. LeBron is a cancer in the locker room. ;) Mag and Rob were all about character and Biblical phrasing in their press conferences .... until LBJ arrived upon the scene. Now building a team around him that everyone kind of likes .... look here at who they have brought in. It's all about the basketball though isn't it. All these guys have 6 hard fouls a game to give too. Will be heavy competition to see who can be the 12 guys dressing the most often. Injuries seem much better covered?

Well Delonte and Beas to share a resemblance, so I'd recommend that the Lakers keep Lebron's mom away from the team.

Honestly this move isn't bad, we have the deepest bench in the NBA and a good insurance policy in case one of our young guys get injured. Also we can play great switching defense with the lineups we have.

    Zo
    Ingram
    Kuz
    LeBron
    Beasley

All length can switch onto anyone. It'll be fun to watch Luke mess around with our lineups in preseason.

Beasley may be at time immature, but he did go to China and rise back to the NBA radar. Also heard he was talking to a shrink. Remember when we got Artest and everyone was worried about if he's a head case etc, well look at him now, he's one of the most beloved Lakers. I see Beasley maturing a lot playing alongside vets like LeBron, Rondo and Luke is pretty much a players coach. I'm rooting for the guy.

I could see us picking up Ayres for the Leonard agent connect, but do we even have a roster spot left? I thought Beas made 15.

I don't want to sound ignorant here, the truth is, I just don't know.. BUT, if we send one of the babies (Mo, Svi, Zu) to South Bay, doesn't that allow us a roster spot?

We have 15 guaranteed now, 1 2-way contract in Caruso after waving Newman, and 2 “terms not disclosed” contracts, what are likely camp invites in Berry and Carroll. I believe we have 1 2-way contract left to give out, I believe Ayers could still be offered that, and then play up to 45 games for us and spend most of his time in the G-League. We can have 17 players with 2 on 2-way contracts.
