never in their wildest dreams did they think they'd be without him all year. My guess is that something is really wrong, and was diagnosed wrong. I seriously doubt the guy is a wuss and tanking on the team.

there have always been some players that just play other worldly against us. Career best averages and such. We make Rubio look HOF worthy

(If he's healthy) I'd take a nice homecoming story. The homecoming of PG and Kawhi to bring this team back to the promise land.

Harden was unplayable for some of that 4th quarter.

Weird ending to that game: CP2 chokes the ball away and Butler and Wiggins get possessed by CP2's choker mentality and they botch their final play.

Harden is an unbelievably talented offensive player. But the calls he gets or baits the refs into giving him are pretty absurd.

    That Butler “shove” was laughable.

This was odd. I really thought they didn’t make good use of Towns at all

I would say it's # 2 behind what the hell happened with Fultz's shot/shoulder, having to relearn how to shoot, and all that back story.

I think its a combination of both but the coaches and Towns himself has got to be more assertive and aggressive out there. Towns or Gibson had a smaller guy on them most of the night and instead would clear out so Rose or Teague could go one on one against the big. Makes no sense and they have to be smarter.

Frustrating basketball to watch because the game doesn't need to be hard. And yet they still had their chances in the end.

they squandered a good chance to steal a game. houston won't shoot like that again in this series, imo.

dantoni is a pig in s*** in the modern nba. everyone's terrified to try and exploit size advantages, which plays right into his hands.

Damn it sure makes it easier to be “unguardable” and break ankles when you’re allowed to do s*** like this.

Not to mention the pushing off and charging into retreating defenders and flopping for whistles as well.

It’s still darn impressive that he maintains body control, his handle, and still scores while flailing. It’s harder than he makes it look.

He’s strong and very skilled. I’d admire him if not for the flopping/cheating.

But then again, I blame LLLLLebron for making that a thing. Twisted a whole generation
