Been said already in other threads, but IT has got to be on his best behavior not only for himself contract wise, but we already likely won't bring him back and even if we somehow do he's got to prove he can be supportive and help our young guys. Risk is real low
Didn't IT really want to play for the Lakers at one point? I'm sure Magic will have a talk with him, and on a contract year, he'll put in some extra work. Obviously, defense is going to be an issue for him, but he'll definitely add some heart to this team and a similar, if not, more consistent scoring punch than JC did.
If Isaiah continues with his pathetic shooting percentage since coming back for injury, we are going to be losing games left and right. He certainly doesn’t make up for it on the defensive side.
but still replaces Clarkson's production, gives us another creator, and another shooter. He'll be fine for the remainder of the season.
...I hope you're right. From what I saw of Thomas as a Cavalier, it was, let's say...not so promising. Maybe this is the change of scenery Thomas to thrive in. At least for this season.
I think he’ll be fine. That was just a bad situation all over and I think going from being the main guy to scapegoat in Cleveland wore on him quickly.
Can't wait to see him and KCP playing together in the backcourt. They will literally be ripping the ball out of each other's hands to see who gets to take a "Contract Shot."
Don’t particularly care for the little fella, but it is what it is. Hopefully he can take up the scoring role JC gave us here off the bench.
