Hypothetical. If Paul George is coming and he is fine with and looking forward to playing with as much of our roster of the best players we can keep and HE is fine with and actually wants Luke, why would we pander to LeBron if he is of a different opinion?

Do you know that LeBron was privately recruiting George to play with him in Cleveland?

You get LeBron and you will more than likely get George. Unequivocally.

Does George sign here by himself? Idk, but if LeBron does sign fign here first, there's a good chance he is recruiting another start alongside him, that will probably be George. IMO

    Come on down LeBron.

And if ends up costing Walton, so be it.

See if it doesn't work enough in OKC and PG wants to come I see it reversed from what you just laid out. PG in his prime. LBJ in his twilight with all his baggage and monstrous salary. PG is my priority first.

If Paul George wanted Walton, hypothetically? How can you say that. And let's see the next 41 games.

I don't think we will have to worry about George specifically wanting Walton. Just a hunch.

Hypothetically, LaBron & George become Luke's next RJ (Arizona sweetheart) & Jr. (Nance) and they can all roast manna w/ Pelinka and sing kumbaya around a championship riot induced fire. I wouldn't want it any other way... Well maybe not the riot part.

But that being said, I think George is more interested in BShaw still being part of the coaching staff and as long as that aspect remains, he won't care how LaBron dictates the rest of the scenery.

All this LeBron and what LeBron wants noise I hope will help further bond the team going forward with all the rumors hanging over everyone's heads except allegedly Zo, BI and Kuz. Walton now has the same s*** to deal with. Maybe they circle the wagons with an us against the world mindset and start to really gel.

As with players, don't get too attached to a coach. It's not as if we're talking about replacing Brad Stevens here lol. Luke is expendable. Swap him with any other NBA coach and we wouldn't miss a beat imo.

    There's that hashtag again....

So that counts as public support for Luke by the franchise, right?

And Luke has these guys on a 4 game win streak. Credit where credit is due; these guys haven't quit, and are fighting for Luke.

The results are finally coming through for him; and bare in mind, he has beaten two teams with two of the better X' s and O's acumen in the NBA.

Yeah, I'll eat crow right now.

6 of the 9 losses of our losing streak Lonzo was out. Ingram was out a bulk and of course Lopez, too (though I didn't miss him) and KCP was in jail and couldn't travel. That was rough but now we are seeing more of what we saw earlier in the year - a very determined team fighting for every game.

Still, I don't mind the Fizdale talk either. Nothing is in stone going forward and we should explore options.

Yeah. Luke is doing okay for now until we lose our next game and I am flying off the rails again.

I’m not letting anyone off the hook. Far as I can remember we have yet to execute ONE good out of bounds play to tie or win a game yet. The one game winner we had we didn’t call timeout and Lonzo created a 3 for Ingram. But when our coaching staff draws it up it’s a god-awful 3 for KCP or a f****** iso for Randle in the corner with 6 seconds left? :D You can’t be more inept.
