He hustles on D and makes a couple plays each game off of energy, but I think Hart is easily a better man to man defender.

This game was truly the most disappointed I've been in him. I haven't been as down on him as most, but the shot he took in the corner was one of the dumbest shots I've ever seen. I was giving him the benefit of the doubt before, but that was downright selfish and utterly idiotic. Not only did he shoot it, but he was dumb enough to make the shot harder by pump faking first. If you're going to pump fake on a seven footer, take it to the f***ing rim. Make a play. Don't just shoot the ball you jack***.

The fact that Luke designed a play for him to take the three to tie the game is mind boggling and really makes you doubt Luke's intentions here. Obviously we're spoon feeding him right now and the question is why. Is it altruistically trying to help him in a tough time? Is it because Luke genuinely thinks that's the best play? Is it because by spoon feeding him the Lakers think we're scoring points with Rich Paul and LeBron? Because all three questions have the same answer: that's f***ing stupid.

That's our FO (save for Jesse, Ryan) for you.

It makes too much sense for the Lakers to pander to Rich Paul by showcasing his client Rich Paul actually screwed over in the summer, for me to not think this is the most logical explanation.

This fast break should have been an absolute easy 2 points. Notice the wide open man on the wing because KCP sure as hell didn’t. Or did he and just didn’t care?

I was one of Pope's supporters on this forum, but some of the shots he's taking are beyond stupid. They are worse then Artest shots back when Artest was a star in Indiana.

We can complain that Luke shouldn't have drawn up a play for KCP, but guess what the play got KCP a great look, but the guy has just been garage at shooting it period. I'm more upset with the wild 3 he took in the corner when he was super contested.

It's become clear to me in the last week or so that as much as KCP gave us defensively to begin the year. Josh Hart is doing the same thing and has been so much better offensively and under control. He is the anti-KCP who doesn't just jack shots up from 3.

I loved KCP earlier in the season and then he had a couple games where he was clutch down the stretch and now he thinks he has the green light? Wtf happened. Having the same agent as Lebron makes the whole thing fishy.

The fact that Luke doesn't reign him in is a little concerning. Choosing to align his undying loyalty to a temporary 1 year hire gunning for his next contract regardless of the impact on the team is frustrating to watch.

I'm officially off the KCP bandwagon. I hope we either trade him or he gets injured (similar to brook lopez)

We are clearly better without him and I absolutely hate his selfish shot taking in the clutch. He's also not that good defensively and often gambles and loses.
