Maybe we make a trade deadline deal and then he comes in hungry and ready to fight for minutes.

Seems like he's dominating with his size mostly, but I like his physicality. He needs to work on his leg mobility. He's got strangely stiff looking hips.

He has a nice looking stroke. Quick, compact release. He rebounds well, he is very long, and he brings a ton of energy. He can run protect as well.

The issue is his lateral speed sucks. Is that due to his stiff looking hips you noticed? We can't switch with him. He is awful at guarding smaller players.

I think he is am end of the bench rotation guy. Has some upside, thiugh.

Yeah there's some weird gait characteristics. I'll have my wife look at it too. From what I'm seeing he needs an overhaul in the weight room. More focus on his core, balance, hips, and legs.

What the **** was that technical for on the last dunk?? He barely looked at him. Taunting? Now .... maybe he said, "Yo Mama", then I could see that but didn't look like it. I like the big guy and what he brings. Hell maybe a steal as well and as good or better a pick than Josh Hart for over all impact? Love Hart's intangibles and defense but so far can't shoot. Bryant seems like decent "Big" defender and can score the ball and has that great stroke for a big dude.

He could end up being a valuable cheap bench big in the years to come if the big free agent plan works out and we have to skimp at the end of the bench.

Kid went for 26 pts on 6-9 from 3pt. Think he should get a call up and waive Ennis.

Why call him up? Are you going to actually play him?

He makes more sense as a small ball center than Randle and Nance do.

I would actually make him active for a game to see what he’s got. He can’t be worse than Bogut has been. Nance is awful at backup 5, I actually much prefer Randle there, but Bryant could be capable, we don’t know yet. We could use some energy and shooting like he brings though, and he does know how to set an actual screen as well.

Maybe we unload Lopez/Randle at the dead line..then he oughta definitely get a shot.

Jury is out on Bryant on whether he is a legit NBA player. The dreaded "energy" tag is on him which usually spells doom for any Laker, but if he trains everyday and really tries to get better, I can see him be an every game type player. But he will really need to learn how to play NBA ball. If he gets lazy at any point, he will be Sacre'd quickly.

Sacre played for us for a long time. Guys like Powell and Turiaf all had decent careers. I don't see any dread in that label. If you get 4 years out of a 2nd round pick, that's a hell of a lot more than most.

He looks too talented for G-League talent. I'd like to see him get some more minutes, but I'm not sure where those minutes would come from.
