I think a way to up his trade value would be to play him, because he’s ballin. I don’t know if he kicked Luke’s dog or what, but he doesn’t play enough.

I do hope I'm not coming off as a guy eager to dump him. I'm just saying when the situation arises (namely February), it's something we're going to have to closely examine. If we can get something decent for him and/or dump Deng, I don't see the Lakers keeping him.

I do want to move away from this topic though because I think it's shortchanging Julius who is playing really well right now. I apologize again for my part in that. Hopefully we can all enjoy Julius while he's here because he really is playing well.

I'm sorry, but this is crazy. If we have an opportunity to get a real star, we're not going to do it? For what reason? There's no reason to blink when we can get an established star for kids who may or may not pan out. None.

If Kobe were on this roster, that's one thing, but he's not. We missed on the Kobes in the last three drafts: Towns, Simmons, and increasingly it's looking like Porzingis. Lonzo is our closest right now, followed closely by Kuzma and Ingram. Nobody else is in that stratosphere so if we have a chance to improve this team with any of those other kids, why in the world wouldn't we?

Oh, I was only referencing what Woj said in that clip. If he’s not in our future plans, then don’t lower his value when he should be first or 2nd off the bench. I just want our team to win again, and if that means we can’t pay Randle what he’s going to ask, then so be it. I’m not for outright dumping him anymore because he’s playing well, but for a trade that benefits both sides, sure.

Played great for the most part, probably should be getting more than 21 mins. If he is sucking, cut his minutes, but he ISN’T, so his minutes shound increase at least a little.

He played pretty good when you consider he's our 10th man.

FFS Luke, it's hard enough already. You don't have to make it more difficult. Play your best players. Hint: It ain't Bogut.

Just don’t get it. Randle spearheaded the comeback with his intensity and energy and then gets benched in the 4th. What the f*** Luke? This is like Byron and D’Angelo all over again.

Trade Julius now and get used to 20 point blowouts. His physicality and rebounding is underappreciated.

Oh, FFS, 1.3Mil is the reason?

If this is indeed somehow true, f*** Magic, Rob, Luke and Jeannie. Screw them proper.

Even still, he doesn't need to start, just be the first/second off the bench and play 30+ minutes. Puke Walton can go .... himself.

Is that ish true? We paid for Turiaf's, Henry's surgeries. We played Nash just enough games for him to make the big $. Now, we're not playing our best player just to save 1.3mil?!?! This can't be real life? If it is, eff me :(.

I'm pissed at Walton. WTH was that crap tonight? That Bogut lineup destroyed almost any chance of us winning the game as we dropped to 18 points down in the first. Then Walton taking out Randle in the fourth sealed the deal. Garbage coaching tonight. Randle was a beast tonight. I don't get what Walton is doing.

Is..is that accurate? Because if that’s true and he’s being kept on the bench on purpose to save money and they are actually screwing with his future like that, that’s flat out wrong. Randle has been balling, he absolutely deserved to start when Nance went down, and if they are keeping him where he is for that reason, I..well I’ll have lost a little faith in common decency. I know this is a business, but the guy has clearly worked his backside off to be in the shape he’s in and he’s shut me up real quick after a few games into the season. Really hope that’s bs.

I also think that, if true, it’s grounds for PA to get involved.

I think our FO wants to get rid of Deng and JC 1st and eventually be able to bring Julius back for a relatively cheap contract .

This explains the low playing time imo .

Luke's handling of Randle is So Byronesque it's maddening. So much for being players coach?

Julius was the only one that shown any HEART last night. Kuz played like a rookie
