    You guys do realize he's still iso'ing...It's just that he's getting used to his new upper body strength and as a result is in much more control of his body as he relentlessly takes it to the cup. The next thing that will come is his jumper. Then we'll see more comfort from him in taking the 3 ball as well as hitting his free throws at a higher clip.

    Oh and Magic should keep his mouth shut.

    I guess we need to be patient and wait for another 2-3 game losing streak or a 3-10 shooting night so we can start labeling him a bust again. We can't have too much enthusiasm on this board. This is where hope comes to die, not flourish.

    The isolations are mostly by design and like @Khmrp said he's using his isolations to get into the paint instead of taking heavily contested mid-range jump shots which are the worst shot in basketball. Now if he's taking mid-range shots it's off the dribble when his defender goes under a screen. That's the perfect mid-range shot.

    He's looking better by the game and it's no surprise it correlates to how much better we look.

    He might not look bigger than last year but he's definitely stronger. I'll say it, the guy took Marc's lunch money in the first half. Keep it up BI.

    The thing that stuck out to me last night was how LOOSE he looked taking it to the rim. Real good sign. His jumpers will start to fall in no time.

    In addition to what has already been said, I think he doesn’t feel the heat from the spotlight that was on him to start the season. You recall it was supposed to be his team, and he is supposed to be the finisher, etc. But, what has transpired is Kuzma, Tandle, JC, KCP, Lopez, full court offense, and good team defense, all of which takes the pressure off of him. So now he can learn how to play like everyone else his age.
